The author of In Umbris Sancti Petri, Andrew Haines is a Roman Catholic teacher and writer who is passionate about understanding the Catholic faith and committed to discussing that faith with others. He holds a Master's Degree in Philosophy, and has pursued additional studies in both Sacred Theology and foreign languages. His major interests lie in the areas of metaphysics, Neoplatonism and Neoscholasticism.
In addition to writing this blog, Andrew also contributes extensively to ProLife ProPatria, a bioethics research group which he helped cofound.
Currently, Andrew lives in Virginia, and is hoping to pursue PhD studies in philosophy in the near future.

Ted is a contributing author to In Umbris Sancti Petri, and a seminarian for the Diocese of Kalamazoo, Michigan. He is currently completing graduate studies in theology at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome, Italy, and living at the Pontifical North American College.
